In conversations with people working on their personal development, I learn about the many challenges we face related to the amount of available materials on this topic. It seems that in today's world full of information and opportunities to access knowledge, finding effective ways to increase self-confidence can be a bit overwhelming. We often spend hours reading blogs and books, listening to personal development podcasts, and browsing articles on the subject. Especially short information on social media is often a Golden Rule!, The Only Thing You Need!, Just Do It to Achieve Personal Success!, and each next one excludes the previous one. It's exhausting. And on top of that, it's not very effective. And that's why many people looking for information are overwhelmed and lose sight of their goal. So, is that really enough to gain more self-confidence? Increasing self-confidence is a process that requires action and practicing knowledge in everyday life. Invest in yourself wisely - in information and knowledge that will show you what you are capable of, in time to test them on yourself, and in the support of a specialist who will help you use your potential and adapt the tools to you so that they actually work.
